- Record the entire unboxing in one continuous take (no cuts, edits, or pauses).
- Show the condition of the item(s) immediately after unboxing.

- Your order number.
- The unboxing video (uploaded or via a shareable link).
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and outer packaging.
No unboxing video = no claim. This applies to all damage, wrong-item, and missing-item claims without exception.
